To give feedback as to why I will avoid Casey's for any purchase whrn at all possible.

I used my debi/credit card to buy $30 of gas. Your store not only took $30 out of my bank account BUT ALSO TOOK $150!

That $150 was all I had in my bank to cover an automatic deduction for health insurance! I became overdrawn over $50 in my account because YOUR STORE took $150 UNAUTHORIZED! I had to track down what happened when I became overdrawn! How can you legally even do that?!?

You took the $30 I got gas for. So, if you have my card information, does that mean you can take any amount of money you want?!? It took 7 days for you to put it back in my account! So I had to borrow money to cover what you did to me!

So, how much interest did you get on my money for those 7 days? Do you take allot of money from innocent customers to draw interest in?

You put me out of commission for 7 days and I should be compensated for that. Im on social security fixed income and you messed up my account.

Next time pay inside first and specify a dollar amount before you pump. All pay at the pumps block off a large amount of money.

It will fall off in two business days. Most people use a credit card and never notice this practice.

I came into Casey's for the 3rd time and this was the second time I was met with a rude employee, 3 strike Casey's out I will NOT be returning and I will tell others I know of my experience, I asked a simple question and didn't deserve to be mistreated. Thanks but NO THANKS

I'd wash their windows with that sandwich as a sponge. I don't mind Anger Management classes for a week or two and a little restitution if I break something...

About the store manager

She is still treating me the same I feel like I have to walk on eggshells when she is there just because I did not what to work 430 am to 1015 pm on fathers day because the asst manager did a no call no show and she had to close the store I would had worked 430am to 1015pm then back in there the next day at 430am so still getting treated wrong

I really don't have a problem..as a matter of fact I have no complaints except for my stupidity...I was recently fired from Casey's in st.joseoh mo 64501 from the Casey's on 22nd and walnut ..it's nobody's fault but my own..and I'm emailing hoping that I could get my job back and come to some agreement of probation period...I was fired this one time as the reasoning my gm had given to me was I have been rehired to many times..my Gm had told me I could come back but the application wouldn't go Thur..as much as I want my job back the store could use my assistants as u have seventeen years olds working to cover shifts and doing things your contract says they shouldn't do...I'm not here to get anyone in trouble or any of that I'm just asking for one more chance please...losing my job has made me relise how important not is to be on time and to call in advanced with a doctor's note if I'm gonna miss..I hope this gets to som.eome who could help me id appreciate it please and thank u Thank u

Over Charged for items on purpose

The Casey's on Chestnut Expressway is over charging there drinks at 1:50 instead of the .89 cents and not fixing issue on purpose

I worked for Caseysfor 14 years and I’m shocked with how things have gone down hill

I have been several different stores and I have been very disappointed with the service. Kitchen staff ignores you. There are rarely any donuts in the case, even mid morning. Staff is not dressed according to any dress codes. It is so sad to see the stores being this way. I retired in June of 2020 and I less than 3 years it doesnt even feel like the same company.

Was refused service on cashing in scratch off tickets.

So Im waiting in line behind 4-6 people. When I got to the register and handed her the tickets, she refused to cash them in because I hadn't scratched off the bottom of the tickets, and handed them back to me. Stating, she had to long a line, to which I replied I know I stood in it. She argued with me over it. Then as I left, she gave me the side eye *** you look. Is it common practice for the employee to refuse service in this manner. This was in the Ladonna Missouri store.

Given review of how an upset customer can be

The gas pump did not work. The attendant Depp was absolutely no help, and I found out later that he was the cook, and the general manager at Ting at the time was worthless and told me to never come back. You are more than welcome to talk to me about this on the phone person a person with a professional. Thank you
