App AND Web pages aren't working, NO customer service help

Can't log in, app says "User Disabled" (on a NEW account that's never been logged in before), can't add a new account under a different Email because I have a new phone number that at one point belonged to ANOTHER user over A YEAR ago...so I dont have a way to change it because I no longer OWN the old number.
Customer service was LESS than helpful on the phone merely taking in the info, claiming their app and website WERE working (OF COURSE it works when your IN THE CORP BILDG) and EMAILING the same place I"ve ALREADY emailed and not heard anything from

On 7 Feb aprrox 1015 am a employee named Millie (not sure of spelling) at your 27th and O St Lincoln NE location, summing up the encounter said I was lying about the size of my coffee refill, saying that's no small. I said you want to bet a free cup of coffee on it?

She replied I really don't care I responded why would I lie about a cup of coffee and you do care or you would have accepted my word on it being a small. After a few more back and fourths I said just give me my change, which she threw on the counter. At that point I asked for her name. I said you are a picture of customer service she replies your acting like a baby.

I said have a nice day Millie her reply I will now that your leaving. I travel all over SE Neb.

know pretty much each location of Caseys in the samll towns I visit (love the new Roosters Call). The bottom line is I felt that in not actually calling me a liar but by questioning my integrity over a cup of coffee and then starting to argue over it was crossing the customer service line.

Excellent knowledgable lady. Knew exactly how happened and resolved right away. Unlike clerk in Caseys who knew nothing and her manager wasnt there so she just sent me off very irritated and mad because 15 cents if my perks points were to expire today of my 55 cents and since I filled up would have lost them.

I called many times and they didn’t answer and my voicemails were not returned. The employee at the store hung up on me when I asked him to cancel my order because he told me that the oven was not working. He was smoking a white substance off a sheet of aluminum foil. I would be very concerned about this due to his hands making the food you eat are the same hands that he is smoking drugs with. This is at the Kearney NE Casey’s on Talmidge st. I have had great experiences with the Casey’s on 25th ave. I won’t be able to do business with Casey’s due to the fact that customer service has not called me back.
