Made an online pizza order and was charged for it. The pizza delivery time kept getting pushed back; the store closed, so I was unable to talk to anyone at 2 am.
I got a cancellation notice for my order but was still charged. Called the store this morning and was told they were busy and didn't have a dasher, but they never contacted me. The employee refused to give me their name after first stating that they were the assistant manager when I asked to speak with the manager. They would not refund the order then when I told them I was going to make a corporate complaint.
They told me they couldn't give me their name after repeatedly ignoring me when I asked for their name. Finally claimed they were not the assistant, they were the 2nd assistant and asked if I could call back at 10 to talk with their kitchen manager. Again, I asked for their name. Finally, after repeatedly asking for their name, they gave me the name Dakota.
This is the worst and most unprofessional experience I have had ever.
To be charged $45 and not being contacted to inform me of an issue even though they confirmed the order and changed the closing and leaving without reimbursement or anything is theft. This was placed at the 3373 S Broadway St store in Alexandria, Minnesota.

I was treated very poorly by a woman named Lacey - who was working the register (at the Casey's in Columbus Kansas).
She was distracted on the phone with someone, made me wait for at least 5 min. If not longer because she was on the phone.
Then when she finally got the cigarettes I needed she scanned my 2.50$ coupon and closed it but forgot to enter my birthdate and needed to scan the coupon again but after you close it out you are no longer able to open it back up, it's considered as used. So I asked her "so because you messed up, I don't get to use the 2.50$"?
And she said "I guess so".
Which I found all of that very unprofessional and just straight up rude.
If she can't multitask she shouldn't have been working the register or been on the phone. Either way, I was screwed over because of it.
I told her just freaking forget it, and walked out of the store.***

This order was placed on the ground in front of my door without notification from the driver that it had been delivered.
It had been dropped, smashed and what wasnt stuck on the top or side of the pizza box, was smooshed into a corner of the box.
Order was placed through Caseys app, and delivered via door dash. Door dash doesnt give any contact/feedback ability other than the drivers phone number.
I have pictures.
As a business that counts on pizza/food service revenue, I think you need to be aware of how your product is being handed to your customers.
This entire order not edible in the slightest.
Please let me know how this will be resolved. Thank you.

I ordered a takeout pizza on 10/02/2024 and was told it would be ready at 10:36 am. We arrived and were told by the young new gentleman working in the pizza department that he hadn't even started it, as his co-worker had gone outside to smoke.
It took another 20 minutes before it was done. After getting home with our supreme pizza, it was not done! The dough was gooey! This happened at Casey's at 1222 Hurley St, in Moberly, MO, 65270.
I'm a regular customer and was really upset. This is the second time I've received an undercooked pizza from this location and at least 3 times we've had to wait for it. My daughter has had the same things happen to her! My ticket number was 9421, promised to be ready at 10:36 am.
Order # Q011211***-*1273****. Their phone number is 660-717-****. This girl should have been working instead of outside smoking when they are busy and should know how to make and cook our pizza correctly.
She should be fired!!! I don't think I'll ever go there again!

Hello my name is Jodi Jackson and I am at the 4141 south 48th street location and there is an employee here with the name of Jacob it is 8:22pm and I would like a phone call about customer service. He cussed me out in the parking lot while on duty, then went back inside and supposedly called the assistant manager Linda I have lived across the street for 5 years and come in to this store a few times a day and I do not appreciate being cussed out and disrespected by a employee of yours.
It's very unprofessional to have a employee that represents your store using profanity towards customers that walk through your door. I am huge into customer service as I am a business owner. And there is nothing more, that irritates me than having poor customer service.
People that walk into the door pretty much make the employee's paychecks. That's just like the people that I do work for make my paycheck and I do not disrespect them Please contact me at 402)890-****

I'd never met this lady before in my life and she threatened me with a restraining order and called the police on me after finding out I was ??? mother.
What kind of human does this??? An ugly person with ugly character who doesn't need to be in management. She also allows the employees to take home mistake pizzas and other food that is to be thrown out. Per an employee I know that works there.
In my opinion this place need a more pleasant manager that is more of a people person. Not the wicked witch on wizard of OZ!!!

On 05/26/2024, I redeemed a $1 scratch-off lottery ticket at Casey's location, 701 Ellis Blvd, Cedar Rapids, IA, 52405 - Incident: [or] hired [or] or had repaired [or] had serviced a [name of the product or service] [with serial or model number] at [place you got the product or service: important details about the transaction.]
Unfortunately, Casey as a company has not performed well and has violated my civil rights, continuously violating my protected rights. The service was discriminatory and threatening, not to mention inadequate.
The service was discriminatory and there was an incident of retaliation, incident (1) on 12/29/2024. An investigation was requested by my bank for possible illegal activities - Incident (2), I was overcharged again for EBT card usage. Incident(3), I was falsely accused of theft or being with thieves (see Exhibit 1 Management Confession / Statement). The clerk, Michelle, denied me service and violated the Consumer Protection Act and civil rights at the same time.
I was also overcharged and the employees took my reward points. There was unclear disclosure about disputed transactions on 12/29/2023.
To resolve the problem, I would like a refund on all purchases and transactions dating back to 12/29/2023 or store credit. I want the company to refund transactions for purchases dating back to 12/29/2023, which has been an ongoing incident.
I have enclosed a copy of the management's statement/confession.
I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait until 05/30/2023 before I contact a consumer protection agency or seek other help.

I have visited four Casey stores in Omaha over the last several months some of them. If I get there mid morning things usually seem quite a mess, there's no cappuccino left or coffee, and no Pizza.
Dear Casey's Customer Service,
For a couple years my husband and I have enjoyed your pizza and sometimes your coffee.
The last several times however I have been very disappointed in the service in Omaha. There are 4 Casey stores I've visited as I've done outdoor work around the city and all the them have a poor quality rating.
By mid morning there is no pizza available and no coffee with no one making efforts to refill things.
One store at 42nd and I80, I have tried to get coffee 5 different times and they have been out with the promise of getting things fixed.
5 times, in my opinion is a good effort. I gave up on that location.
Today I visited a location for an afternoon coffee and the machines were not refilled or working.
I'm starting to frequent a Quick Trip near me because I can get fresh coffee and food there.
It seems another great chain like Casey's has expanded too fast for quality anymore.

I'm currently a team member with Casey's and I have been attempting to orchestrate a transfer from the store I'm currently at in Owatonna to Inver Grove Heights. Unfortunately, no one seems to be following up with me despite their assurances.
I was originally supposed to shadow the manager, Emily, this upcoming Wednesday. Recently however, I discovered that she's no longer there. I spoke with a woman named Camara and she promised to contact me back. That was earlier today, around 11:30 in the late afternoon, yet I've received no follow-up.
The plan was for me to shadow her tomorrow. So, if someone could return my call, I would greatly appreciate it. My name is Rashida Wadley.
I currently work at store number 2418 as the second assistant and was in the process of transferring to the Inver Grove store in the same position. Please reach me at your earliest convenience at 612-382-****.
Preferred solution: To talk to the manager of the store to know how to proceed going forward look at getting on the schedule full time but coming in team member at the Inver Grove store
The store never have the stuff to make the pizza
Its every time you go to order your taco pizzas they never have the stuff to make them. You know your supervisor should order enough stuff to make it through until their next truck, you know what I would not even tell anybody about Caseys anymore. Caseys has a bad reputation because they never have anything that people want other than gas.

On September 27 at approximately 10:15pm -11:00pm
Upon entering the store in Lincoln Nebraska at 48th and Fremont streets. Several threats were made by a man who acted as if he was holding a gun under his shirt in his waist line.
The man demanded I go out side then said he would be waiting I had to leave sometime he went out then returned making more threats.
The man making the threats was taller with glasses and I believe is friends with the girl who was working in the kitchen at the time she had on a bandana on her head and I believe her name was heather. The man should be permenantly banned from the store he is a danger to other customers and employees if needed legal action should be perused, to ensure the safety of casys customers

At 10:30 AM on 10/11/24, this African-American female refused to sell me cigarettes although they were in stock. I am a white man.
We have argued before about her shortchanging me by $5. It's $5 every time. She's always talking as I leave. She will also add whatever she needs for herself, a sandwich or phone cord, etc.

They don't sound mad. Even if they were they have a right to be if they got their order like this.
It could be DoorDash's fault or Casey's fault. But if the ate the pizza after it arrived like this, the pizza could be considered a laxative.
That troll has a laxative fetish, as that is their standard response to any complaint they comment on. Or, maybe it's a teeny bopper and they think they are funny.
They are not. They sound absurd.
I agree, the person does not sound mad and that pizza was definitely dropped or the box was held at a weird angle. I worked at a pizza delivery place when I was 16 or so and there was this girl who would put the pizza boxes upside down in the warming bags and this is kinda what it looked like.
