Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Well, I did request $300 compensation with that data.
I'd get in the first place, but they cleaned up the store and have a much better staff in there.
Now, I've been there a couple times since it would appear to be a lot more professional. I'll let you know if they lose that again
So I decided to get some except the garbage hanging off of one of the aisles, huge garbage bag, foxes and c*** all over the floor oh, you can check your security cameras for that. I doubt you will because I would mean you'd actually have to do your frecking job. Had to ask for the sandwich I was cuz. I wanted to order some sandwiches.
Stop barbecue brisket sandwiches to be exact and they said they didn't know where he was. They went looking for him, found him. While he was on his way out, filled-out the order and then she walked past, he said it'd be 8 minutes. Comes back about 10 minutes later and says, oh, I've got a brick of ice here so we can't give you your sandwiches.
We'll refund your money. Although the manager refuses to refund us the money, that's part. 1 part 2 is went over the soda fountain. To get me a soda.
In the middle of all this, you know what I found. The soda fountain almost dry of soda. Got a bunch of soda water, but no sodas again, which is almost in the daily occurrence.At this particular casey's meanwhile, there's this nice young lady trying to do her job of restocking the shelves, but every male employee is over there trying to hit on her in front of the customers. And I was in the store for about ten minutes being conservative, and that bag of garbage And the stuff that's on the floor hasn't been picked up and hauled away yet.
Meanwhile, every male employee in the place has standing around with their thumbs up their *** And we're told we have to go to the other cases across town, which is 4 minutes away at most. I can get my sandwiches. How do they do the barbecued brisket, sandwiches, and here's the best part when we get there and pick the d*** things up. You'd think that a barbecued sandwich would have barbecue sauce in it in a lot of it.
They forgot that there's a little squirt across the top, a barbecue sauce, instead of the meat having the barbecue sauce, literally wrapped around and sitting in it, but I forgot to put the barbecue sauce in the barbecue sandwich and they also left to meet in. Oh I don't know an infrared lamp for the last 2 hours. Because it was almost dry beyond belief to where you couldn't eat it i've been in case he's all over kansas.This is so far below your standards of care for your customers i'll put it this way, and I'm being overly polite. I've gone to junk yards.
That where you pull the parts for your car out yourself. We're cleaner, more and well managed and had better employee conduct and right now I have more respect for criminals than I don't.casey's, so on a scale of 1to10 and ten being perfect, I'd have to recommend going to eat at a pigsty

Lazy Manager
Tomorrow is the deer hunting opener, and town is very busy. I stood in line a long time at 1782 Wadena MN, with only register 1 open, while the manager sat in the office and talked with a customer buying lottery tickets.
He should have come out of the office and opened register 2 to move customers along.
Many people were angry. The store is dirty too.

My money was taken off my cash app card
Casey was doing an update on their system yesterday evening when I stopped by to buy gas. I wasn't able to use my card to buy the gas, but Casey still put a $175.00 hold on my Cash App card.
I need my money released ASAP!

Reported it to the Store manager Amber Richardson at the milam location in MexiaTexas she claimed we would never have to be on the schedule together again and she continued to allow him to be disorderly inside of the store in front of customer screaming loudly having a mental breakdown and taking it out on me because I'm the only employee on duty with Kenneth merriman and the last time he assaulted me I received a criminal trespass and and was terminated because of his actions over 2 month period I didn't even do anything to me but try to help him ring up customers when he abandoned them and left them to go help a customer that wasn't even in the line I was getting ready to go home for the day he was relieving me but before I clocked out I was trying to make sure everything was good with him even though he had been very mean to me previously ever since the first week of my employment there's a lot more to the story I will be making an internal investigation complainit

Haven't been able to change a phone number on my account for over a year because the number I'm changing to used to belong to another person. I no longer have the number that the account was opened under, can't open a new account because the email address already exists.
When I finally get through to a live person, I'm told that the account doesn't exist, then told they added it. Still can't access the app (says 'user disabled') or the web (says 'delete cookies'), but inexplicably the website recognizes the email enough to let me change the password...only to go through it all over again when trying to log in. Told by the supposed tech, 'This could take awhile...' rather than anything helpful.
I'm done with this crap company. I want all my data deleted from their system, but apparently only I can delete the account...by logging in first.

I sent a request already. I will stop shopping at caseys if this night time Male cashier at Concordia, MO 64020 is not handled.
He worked at 11:30pm 6/27/25. He is hurting your business and has not customer service skills. He will stare at *** and deny alcohol sales to 29 year olds. Fire him or lose customers.
Your choice. District manager?

Pending transaction, need held funds released
No answer; apparently, they are closed. I ordered a pizza online; checkout was not completed, my card was charged.
I tried to complete the order again, and my card was charged again. The order was not completed, and no order was received at the store. My card was charged twice, and I got no pizza. The store was contacted, but there was no refund.
Two charges are pending in my checking account. I'm out almost $50 and didn't even get a pizza! I need the pending/held funds released ASAP!
I am overdrawn now, with no pizza and no help from Casey's. Please advise.

They made a switch in 3 days, not 6 to 8 weeks. Not enough staff, and the ones they do have, they treat badly or overwork them, so they leave or quit.
Their pay sucks. High turnover.
Preferred solution: Things fixed around there people higher up need to treat people better an higher pay

I went to Casey's after work. My car had run out of gas, and I needed to get a little bit of gas to get it started. I went into the store, got some other things, asked for gas, but the cashier said she couldn't do gas right now because her register was updating. Okay, I didn't want to wait for it, I thought I would worry about the gas tomorrow. I paid for my purchases and went to leave the store. She suggested I might want to try to pay at the pump as that might work. So, I went out there and tried to pay at the pump. The gas pump accepted my card, ran like it was going to do a transaction, and then popped up and requested me to see the cashier. I rolled my eyes, figuring it wasn't going to work, and hit cancel. It responded with 'transaction canceled', and returned my debit card.
Later that evening, I went to make a purchase online and noticed that my account was extremely low, much lower than it should be. I logged onto my bank website and realized that Casey's had put a hold for $175 on my account for a purchase that I didn't make. It reflected that I paid $1. For paying $1, they were going to hold $175. Not to mention, I made no purchase at all, not even a dollar. To add insult to injury, I looked at my bank account today, and the $175 was still pending, but the transaction that I made inside, when I paid them 2 minutes earlier, had processed and was completed.
It's quite disturbing that they can swiftly take my money, but they can't release money that I didn't even spend as quickly. It's ridiculous that we, as consumers, have to deal with this kind of nonsense just because they can do it, and nobody's going to do anything about it. It's sickening, actually. I have included screenshots of my bank statement to show where the $175 hold is still on hold, but the $13 purchase that I made has already been processed.
I've had to replan my entire financial outlook for the weekend. I understand $175 might not seem like a lot to most people, but to me, that's a significant chunk of my funds.

I ordered a pizza from Casey's at 1038 River Forest Rd in Evansdale, Iowa 50707. The wait time was 15 minutes, but I was there in 20 minutes.
I waited patiently for 2 minutes, and neither employee acknowledged my presence. The guy waiting before me said I would have to yell back at them because they were also ignoring him. I politely asked if my pizza was ready, and the young kid said it was just going in. I asked if the pizza was going to be late if they would notify me.
The manager started yelling at me, and both said I was being rude. I asked for a manager, and the lady said she was the manager. She then started downgrading me and talking and saying lots of rude things to me. I said I was right there and she didn't need to talk to me like that.
She kept going on and on. I said she didn't need to carry on and just stop talking and going on. I simply asked to be notified if the pizza was going to be late.
She said she was not going to give me my pizza, and to go somewhere else. She was being very disrespectful and unprofessional.

Items missing from my order called the store three or four times tonight ended up on hold a total of 45 minutes without ever getting to talk to an actual person so gave up on the phone calls. It's a train wreck in there tonight they need to get it together and should not be open if customers pay money but can't reach them later if there's an issue poor service.

I was in the Rolla, Mo. Hwy 72 location approximately 10:30 am today (Sat.)
to buy a fountain drink, when I pressed the Dr.
Pepper my cup slipped and hit the Sprite, this caused the Sprite nozzle to come off into my cup, mixing the
Dr. Pepper and Sprite.
The Sprite sprayed me in the face, on my shirt, and my Right arm.
I asked to use the sink approximately 3 feet away in the Kitchen and a male worker told me I had to use the bathroom and stood between me and the kitchen sink, then proceeded to tell me that sink is for employees only, while seeing I was sprayed with soda.
Luckily I am nice, but he is going to mouth the wrong person in the workplace and a not so nice customer is going to respond to the situation much differently than I did.
He needs an attitude adjustment.
I paid for my mixed soda, when I only wanted a Dr.Pepper, hash brown, and sausage egg and cheese sandwich and left the store with soda still on my face, shirt and right arm.
He could have offered me a wet towel to wash my face and arm with, but noooo, He wanted to play the tough difinant game, causing me to have a bad experience in your store today.

What a low-IQ poorly written post. You need to have a fifth grader help you next time.
This is why the OP wants compensation for "pain" they have low IQ and no one will hire them, so they want money through scams. If they put as much effort in their schooling as their scams they would eventually get a diploma and have the English requirements to hold a job.
